Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Generalist to lead a team of HR Generalists and Specialists across the Life Sciences Platform, delivering high-quality service, policy application, and case management. You will drive continuous improvement and ensure governance in a standardized operating model across entities.

In this role you will partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and people leaders to support business requirements, manage risk, and maintain compliance with data

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including HR operations, shared services, employee relations or HR service delivery.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience managing HR professionals or similar teams.
• Experience resolving complex employee relations and HR cases in a multi-site or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Generalists and Specialists.
• Serve as escalation point for complex, high-risk HR matters and service delivery issues.
• Oversee team workload, service levels, case quality, and operational performance within HR service delivery standards.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, and people leaders to drive local activities and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy requirements, audit standards, and local documentation expectations.
