Job summary

Mindray in Créteil, France is seeking a reliable, organised HR professional for a hands-on Junior HR Generalist/HR Administrator role. You will support the day-to-day HR activities across the full employee lifecycle and be the first point of contact for HR queries.

You will coordinate payroll inputs, leave, absences, benefits and health administration, assist recruitment and onboarding, and ensure consistent application of French employment law.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in administration or coordination within HR.
• Knowledge of French employment law and HR administration in France.
• Fluent French and professional English.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration from onboarding through offboarding, including contracts and HRIS updates.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, working time, leave, absences, benefits and occupational health administration.
• Be an approachable first point of contact for everyday employee HR queries.
• Support recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding and induction activities.
• Assist with employee-relations documentation and application of French employment law and internal policies.
• Contribute to reporting, training, engagement, digitisation and process improvement.
