Job summary

Quantum in London is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our growing HR team. You will be the dedicated people partner to our Tech team, resolving people issues early and fairly, and coaching managers to build career, capability and culture in a fast-growing environment.

You'll work closely with CTO and Tech leadership, shape career pathways, drive manager development, and champion UK employment law and compliant people practices across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally supporting engineering, data or product teams in a scale-up.
• Confident handling complex employee relations and performance cases, with sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience designing and landing career frameworks, manager development or similar programmes.
• Comfortable challenging and coaching senior technical leaders, and trusted by the people they lead.
• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience.
• You thrive when working as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Last but not least, you'll have no ego!

• Use people data, from engagement and attrition to time to resolution, to spot issues early and show the impact of what we do

The Role

Our HR team is growing! We're looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team in London.
