Job summary

Clear. is seeking a Senior Global Account Manager to drive growth of key Nordic data centre relationships, including MTDC, hyperscale and cloud customers. You will build long-term executive relationships, lead complex negotiations, and own strategic account plans across Norway and the Nordics.

The role offers NOK 1,100,000 – 1,300,000 base with a variable bonus, car/allowance, healthcare and pension. Occasional travel to clients and sites across the Nordics is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in senior sales / strategic account management.
• Proven track record selling into large, complex organisations.
• Data centre / critical infrastructure knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Existing relationships across MTDC, hyperscale or cloud customers is a plus.
• Comfort operating at executive level with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the data centre market and related trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic data centre accounts across the Nordics.
• Develop new business in Norway and wider Nordics.
• Sell white space and grey space solutions to customers.
• Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Identify major project and account opportunities.
• Lead complex sales and contract negotiations at scale.
• Develop strategic account plans and increase customer spend.
• Engage early with customers, consultants, contractors and partners.
• Collaborate with technical, operations and delivery teams.
• Travel across the Nordics as required.
