Clear. is recruiting a Senior Global Account Manager to grow key data centre relationships across the Nordics, including Norway. The role involves selling to MTDC, hyperscale and cloud customers and managing major projects with C-suite stakeholders.

You will travel across the Nordics and negotiate complex contracts, driving strategic account plans and increasing spend. This senior commercial position offers NOK 1.1–1.3 million base with bonus, car / allowance, healthcare and pension, reflecting

I’m working with a global business looking to appoint a Senior Global Account Manager to develop and grow some of its key data centre relationships across the Nordics.

This is a senior commercial role focused on MTDC, hyperscale and cloud customers, with the opportunity to work on major data centre projects and build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing strategic data centre accounts
• Developing new business across Norway and the wider Nordics
• Selling both white space and grey space solutions
• Building relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders
• Identifying major project and account opportunities
• Leading complex sales and contract negotiations
• Developing strategic account plans and increasing customer spend
• Engaging with customers, consultants, contractors and partners early in the project lifecycle
• Working closely with technical, operations and delivery teams
• Travelling across the Nordics as required

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in senior sales / strategic account management
• Strong experience selling into large, complex organisations
• Data centre / critical infrastructure experience highly advantageous
• Existing relationships across MTDC, hyperscale or cloud customers a big plus
• Comfortable operating at executive level
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong understanding of the data centre market
