Job summary

Finago, a Nordic leader in HR and finance software, seeks a Senior Consultant to drive customer success in Norway. You will lead ERP implementations, tailor solutions to business processes, and guide clients through training and workshops, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You will work in a knowledge-driven SaaS environment, balancing technical insight with commercial acumen, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
• Experienced in project management with ownership of deliverables.
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes.
• Interest in ERP solutions and technology.
• Commercial mindset: translating tech into business value.
• Clear and effective communication with customers and teams.
• Independent and proactive with responsibility-taking.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ERP, business software, or consulting.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and lead projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Lead ERP implementations including system setup, configuration and data migration.
• Understand customer needs and business processes; translate into system solutions.
• Plan and deliver customer training, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, stakeholders and third parties with clear communication.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.
