Finago, a Nordic leader in HR and finance software, seeks a Senior Consultant to drive customer success in Norway. You will lead ERP implementations, tailor solutions to business processes, and guide clients through training and workshops, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You will work in a knowledge-driven SaaS environment, balancing technical insight with commercial acumen, while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering real business value.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and lead projects from kickoff to delivery.

• Plan and deliver customer training, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinate customers, internal teams, stakeholders and third parties with clear communication.
• Provide technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.

As our Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers succeed with Finago’s solutions.

You will work on a variety of exciting customer projects, combining consulting expertise, project leadership, ERP implementation, and technical insight to help organizations achieve real business value.

You’ll join a knowledge-driven team in a fast‑growing SaaS company, where collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing are central to how we work. Your role will combine technical, commercial, and customer‑facing responsibilities, acting as a key link between customers, internal teams, and technical resources.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick‑off to final delivery.
• Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
• Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who is analytical, customer‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects, technology, and customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in several of the following:

• Analytical, structured, and solution‑oriented – you approach challenges systematically and independently.
• Experienced in project management – you’re comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward.
• Financial understanding – you have a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes.
• ERP and system understanding – you have an interest in ERP solutions and technology.
• Commercial mindset – you understand how technology can create business value.
• Good communicator – you communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Independent and proactive – you take initiative, follow through, and enjoy taking responsibility.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience – preferably from ERP, business software, consulting, or project‑based work. Experience with ERP implementation and data import is an advantage, as is experience with payroll and accounting.

Fluency in Norwegian is required, and fluency in English is also necessary.
