Finago is seeking a Senior Consultant in Oslo, Norway to lead ERP implementations and customer projects within a fast-growing SaaS company. You will combine consulting expertise with project leadership and data migration, collaborating across customers, internal teams, and technical resources.

The role emphasizes a mix of technical, commercial, and customer-facing responsibilities, with training and workshops central to success. Fluency in Norwegian and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding and leading customer projects from kick-off to delivery.
• Leading ERP implementations, including setup, configuration, and data migration.
• Understanding customer needs and business processes to tailor system solutions.
• Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinating with customers, internal teams, stakeholders and third parties with clear communication.
• Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.
