Job summary

Finago is seeking a Senior Consultant in Oslo to lead ERP implementations, onboard new customers, and translate business needs into technical solutions within a fast-growing SaaS context. You will work on varied customer projects, combining consulting expertise, project leadership, ERP implementation, and technical insight to drive real business value.

You will join a knowledge-driven team in a scale-up SaaS company, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in ERP, business software, consulting, or project-based work.
Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes.
Experience with ERP implementation, data import, payroll, or accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery.
Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions.
Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.
Coordinating customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties while ensuring progress and clear communication.
Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.
