Finago is seeking a Senior Consultant in Oslo to lead ERP implementations, onboard new customers, and translate business needs into technical solutions within a fast-growing SaaS context. You will work on varied customer projects, combining consulting expertise, project leadership, ERP implementation, and technical insight to drive real business value.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in ERP, business software, consulting, or project-based work.
• Solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes.
• Experience with ERP implementation, data import, payroll, or accounting is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
• Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinating customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties while ensuring progress and clear communication.
• Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.

Your role will combine technical, commercial, and customer-facing responsibilities, acting as a key link between customers, internal teams, and technical resources.

Your key tasks and responsibilities include:

Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery.

Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.

Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions.

Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant who is analytical, customer-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of projects, technology, and customer relationships. To succeed in this role, you recognize yourself in several of the following:

Experienced in project management – you’re comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward.

Financial understanding – you have a solid understanding of accounting, finance, and financial processes.

ERP and system understanding – you have an interest in ERP solutions and technology.

Good communicator – you communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.

Independent and proactive – you take initiative, follow through, and enjoy taking responsibility.

2–3 years of relevant experience – preferably from ERP, business software, consulting, or project-based work. Experience with ERP implementation and data import is an advantage, as is experience with payroll and accounting.
