Job summary

Greenstep is seeking a NetSuite Financial Consultant to join the team in Norway. You will work on client teams on new NetSuite implementations and ongoing service engagements, addressing accounting, financial management, and reporting needs.

You’ll collaborate with auditors and internal teams to optimize processes and data flows. We value proactive, customer-focused consultants who can tailor solutions to each client’s business.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in accounting, financial processes, and financial statement preparation with practical NetSuite know-how.
• Experience collaborating with auditors and working with multiple financial management systems in multi-client environments.
• Educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field; knowledge of IFRS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement new NetSuite projects by analyzing client processes and configuring NetSuite according to Greenstep methodology.
• Participate in data migration, integrations, go-live support, and post-implementation governance.
• Support ongoing service engagements by enhancing features, training users, and delivering demonstrations.
