Finago in Oslo is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive value for customers by combining ERP implementation expertise with advisory and project leadership. You will onboard new customers, lead ERP deployments, map business processes to system solutions, and deliver training and workshops while coordinating with internal teams and third parties.

Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, and you will join a knowledge-driven SaaS company with growth opportunities and a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in ERP, business software, consulting or project-based work.
• Experience with ERP implementation and data import is an advantage, as is experience with payroll and accounting.
• Fluency in Norwegian is required, and fluency in English is also necessary.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding new customers and leading your own customer projects from kick-off to final delivery.
• Leading ERP implementations, including system setup, configuration, and data migration.
• Understanding customer needs and business processes, and translating them into effective system solutions.
• Planning and delivering customer training, workshops, and meetings.
• Coordinating customers, internal teams, stakeholders, and third parties while ensuring progress and clear communication.
• Providing technical and commercial guidance throughout customer and sales processes.
