Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Partner Manager, Enterprise for a fully remote, international role based in Norway. You will manage a portfolio of high-value partners, drive revenue, and expand partner ecosystems across digital agencies and technology partners.

Leverage deep partner management expertise to influence senior stakeholders, run enablement programs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, and leadership teams. Expect travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Partner Management, Relationship Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or similar commercial role within technology, SaaS, or media.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue through strategic partner channels with digital agencies and enterprise partners.
• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners through onboarding, enablement, retention, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop and execute high-impact partner strategies to improve retention, net revenue retention, adoption, and growth.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with partner organizations and help them grow their technology practices.
