Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, repair, and remanufacture high-voltage EV components, including PTC heaters, DC/DC converters, onboard chargers, AC compressors, and electric steering systems (excluding HV batteries and drive units).
  • Perform PCBA-level diagnostics and rework, including replacement of SMD and through-hole components, power semiconductors, connectors, and repair of damaged pads and traces.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults using structured diagnostic methods and established procedures.
  • Execute repairs independently with full responsibility for technical outcomes and quality.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve repair methods, reliability, and throughput.
  • Participate in R&D and reverse engineering activities under guidance from senior staff.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation for all repair and remanufacturing work.
  • Follow strict high-voltage safety and workshop safety standards at all times.
Must Have
  • Minimum3 years of experienceinelectronicsrepair orrelatedtechnical field.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with automotive power electronics is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Structured, methodical, and detail-oriented working style.
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Valid Norwegian work permit or EU/EEA citizenship is required.
  • Good communicationskills and ability to function effectively in a team environment.
