Job summary

Thor is seeking a Senior Document Controller for a major data centre project in Glomfjord, Norway. The role reports to project controls and requires strong document control experience within construction and mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities include handling drawings, submittals, RFIs and project records, coordinating across project teams, and maintaining precise documentation. The position offers a 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation and client-covered travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre or mission-critical construction projects.
• Proficient document control for drawings, submittals and RFIs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating across project, engineering, construction and commissioning teams.
