Job summary

Accenture Construct in Narvik, Norway, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial and cost management on major Data Centre programs. You will provide commercial oversight, prepare estimates and cost plans, manage procurement, valuations and change control, and advise on value engineering opportunities.

The role covers pre- and post-contract activities, requires strong client and stakeholder management, and offers a hybrid work arrangement with two weeks on site and two weeks remote

Qualifications

• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management across complex construction projects.
• Experience within Data Centres, mission-critical, energy or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
• A strong MEP and/or CSA commercial background.
• Experience across both pre- and post-contract commercial activities.
• Strong understanding of procurement, estimating, cost reporting and change control.
• Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management and commercial communication skills.
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Professional accreditation such as MRICS or equivalent would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial and cost management across major Data Centre projects.
• Provide pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services across MEP and/or CSA packages.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, tender documentation and commercial reporting.
• Manage procurement, change control, valuations and project cost performance.
• Identify commercial risks, cost drivers and value engineering opportunities.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and project teams to support successful delivery.
• Contribute to benchmarking, cost intelligence and continuous improvement across our Data Centre portfolio.
