Soben, part of Accenture, in Norway seeks a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will support commercial delivery and pre-contract estimating across major projects in Norway and the Nordics.

The ideal candidate brings experience in MEP or CSA disciplines, a relevant degree, and MRICS or equivalent is preferred. You will work with clients, consultants, and the supply chain to develop robust cost models.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• MRICS accreditation (or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying and/or estimating on large-scale projects.
• Background in MEP or CSA works is desirable.
• Experience in Norway or Nordic region with local market understanding.
• Proficiency with estimating tools and cost management software.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for major projects across Norway and the Nordics.
• Deliver full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services with accuracy and value.
• Analyze design documents to identify cost drivers, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
• Support procurement and tendering processes, including BOQ preparation and contract docs.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and supply chain to develop robust cost models.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
