Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to lead construction cost management for hyperscale data centre projects in Europe. You will provide robust cost planning, forecasting, benchmarking, and cost assurance from early development through to project close-out.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in Cost Management within hyperscale construction.
2+ years of Data Centre cost management experience.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead cost management for hyperscale data centre projects in Europe, ensuring budgets and forecasts are accurate.
Develop and maintain detailed CAPEX models and cost plans.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for senior stakeholders.
Benchmark costs and support value engineering to optimise expenditure.
Monitor cost movements, risk allowances, and budget changes.
Collaborate with Development, Design, Construction, Procurement, Finance and Operations for aligned cost objectives.
