Job summary

Soben, part of Accenture, Norway, seeks a Construction Manager / Project Delivery to lead complex construction and infrastructure projects across data centres, energy, and large-scale developments in Norway and the Nordic region.

The role covers direct management of General Contractors, coordination with subcontractors, progress monitoring, and reporting to senior stakeholders. Strong MEP or CSA expertise and contract administration are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in construction, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in construction management on large-scale projects.
• Strong experience in MEP or CSA disciplines.
• Experience in Norway or Nordic region is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee General Contractor performance from inception through completion, ensuring quality, programme adherence, and contractual compliance.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in line with Norwegian regulations across all sites.
• Work with site teams to uphold quality and H&S standards and deliver projects to benchmarks.
• Provide input during feasibility and early design stages to improve buildability and efficiency.
• Develop and manage construction programmes aligned with client objectives and pipelines.
• Coordinate with General Contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners to mitigate risks.
