The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in project management within construction or infrastructure, with a preference for data centre experience.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of project management experience in construction, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Experience delivering data centre or large-scale complex projects is highly desirable.
• English fluency; Norwegian language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice at project inception, supporting clients in defining approach and delivery strategy.
• Establish and manage overall project success criteria including time, cost, quality, and performance objectives.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with scope and delivery requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and ensure effective collaboration across functions.
• Establish and maintain robust project governance, reporting structures, and KPI-driven performance management.
• Monitor progress and performance; manage budgets and financials with regular reporting.
• Oversee procurement strategies and resource planning to support delivery.
• Lead change control processes and ensure changes are documented and controlled.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders via meetings and formal updates.
• Review project progress reports for senior stakeholders; manage client relationships across stages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
