Ideal candidates have 5+ years in consultancy and fluency in Norwegian and English.

An important part of our strategy is to grow our business in Norway which is why we are searching for Senior Consultant focusing on Business Development for our Oslo office.

About the role:

As a Senior Consultant you will take a proactive lead in business development, building and sustaining client relationships, and expanding Innovayt’s presence in the innovation landscape in Norway. We have strong presences in the health sector, an area we also will continue to develop further. Another focus area is within new energies such as hydrogen, energy storage, CCUS, renewables and decarbonization of energy-intensive industries.

You will be engaged in assisting clients in designing and presenting their cutting-edge new energy and low-carbon technology/research projects for funding, nationally and internationally (ENOVA/European Innovation Fund, etc.). In addition to grant instruments, our goal is to be a trusted advisor on topics such as loans, equity, and tax incentives.

We think you should have:

• A relevant higher education degree within engineering, finance, industrial economics or similar
• 5+ years of relevant experience from business development and consultancy
• Proven track record from business development of consultancy services. Having experience or understanding from innovation projects / financing, soft funding applications is a plus, but not a must.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate extensively with clients, partners, and colleagues from various backgrounds
• Excellent Norwegian and English skills – both written and verbal
