Job summary

Nordea Liv is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to manage the operational and strategic activities for its Life Insurance and Pension platform. You will oversee the lifecycle, ensure compliance, and coordinate with application teams, vendors, and security specialists in a regulated SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in application operations and lifecycle management.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and outsourced services.
• Experience managing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); Azure Admin cert is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle for Nordea Liv’s Insurance & Pension platform.
• Coordinate operation, maintenance, enhancement, support and troubleshooting to ensure service quality, stability, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and optimise cloud consumption and licensing costs to maintain cost transparency.
• Ensure compliance with Nordea policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including information security and audits.
• Participate in projects, migrations, testing, and other key initiatives.
