Job summary

Nordea Liv in Norway is seeking a Senior Supplier Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for governance and performance of our technology suppliers. You will build strong partnerships, ensure services meet contract terms, SLAs, and regulatory expectations, and collaborate with Application Owners, Procurement, Risk, Security, and suppliers to drive quality and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in technology supplier management, sourcing, or contract management.
Structured and detail-oriented with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge about ICT third-party risk management and regulations like DORA is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

Own the governance and relationship management of Nordea Liv technology suppliers.
Lead contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, re-negotiations and commercial follow-up.
Monitor supplier performance against contract terms and SLAs, follow-up on service credits and performance improvement actions.
Maintain supplier register and manage supplier risk in line with regulatory requirements.
Act as the primary escalation point, coordinate and support the resolution of service, commercial and contractual issues in close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and cost transparency across the supplier portfolio.
