Job summary

Nordea Liv is seeking a Senior Supplier Manager to take end-to-end responsibility for governance and performance of our technology suppliers. You will build strong partnerships and ensure services meet contracts, SLAs, regulatory expectations and business needs.

Based in Oslo or Bergen, you will collaborate with Application Owners, Procurement, Risk and Security to drive service quality, cost efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in technology supplier management, sourcing or contract management.
• Structured, detail-oriented with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to engage with technical and business leadership.
• Knowledge of ICT third-party risk management and regulations like DORA is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and relationship management of Nordea Liv technology suppliers.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities: renewals, renegotiations and follow-ups.
• Monitor performance against contract terms and SLAs; follow up on service credits.
• Maintain supplier register and manage supplier risk per regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate escalations and support resolution of service, commercial and contract issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and cost transparency.
