Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of experience with banking applications.
• Experience with mainframe systems.
• Familiar with ITIL and IPC processes.
• Knowledge of Nordea's systems, products and processes (advantage).

• Coordinate vendors handling routine application operations.
• Support Change, Incident and Problem processes.
