Job summary

Nordea Liv in Oslo or Bergen is seeking a Senior Supplier Manager to own end-to-end governance and performance of technology suppliers. You will build strong partnerships to ensure services meet contracts, SLAs and regulatory expectations while driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technology supplier management, sourcing or contract management.
• Structured, analytical thinker with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management with leadership interaction.
• Knowledge of ICT third-party risk and regulations like DORA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and relationship management of Nordea Liv technology suppliers.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities including renewals and negotiations.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and SLAs.
• Manage supplier risk in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate resolution of service, commercial and contractual issues with stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and cost transparency.
