Job summary

Ardoq is seeking a Business Controller to reinforce our finance team in Oslo. You will own the monthly close, build reliable management reports, and develop financial models that guide cross-functional decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll partner with Accounting and functional leads to maintain P&L integrity, surface insights, and improve systems and workflows across ERP/CRM. Experience with SaaS metrics and forecasting is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Strong grounding in financial controlling and P&L understanding.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interrogate data and challenge numbers.
• Attention to detail in reconciliations, forecasting, and leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly and quarterly close: accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.
• Drive management reporting with revenue, cost, KPIs and variances.
• Build and maintain financial models for scenario analyses and budgeting.
• Own cost structure and P&L integrity for scalable reporting.
• Surface insights with recommended actions and risk flags.
• Improve ERP, CRM, and FP&A tooling to raise data quality.
• Partner with Accounting and functional leaders to ensure accurate financial information.
