Job summary

Anora Norway is seeking a Junior Business Controller to support the commercial organization in financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will bridge finance and business by turning sales, market and financial data into actionable insights and drive profitable growth.

The role reports to the Business Controlling Manager and operates within a Nordic environment with colleagues in several countries. You will develop analyses using Power BI and ERP systems to improve transparency and

Qualifications

Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant experience from controlling, accounting, auditing, finance or equivalent.
Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools and ERP systems.
Knowledge of Power BI and SAP is an advantage.
Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to sound financial management of the operations by turning data into clear recommendations and decision support.
Support the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle, including month-end closing, reporting, KPIs and variance analysis and contribute to developing and improving routines and tools.
Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial analyses in cooperation with the business units.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development within the area.
Develop analyses using Power BI, AI-enabled tools and other digital solutions to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
Ensure quality and consistency in financial data and reports.
