Job summary

OSO Hotwater AS, based in Hokksund, Norway, invites applications for a Business Controller to strengthen financial management, reporting and decision support. You will collaborate with management to deliver analyses, insights and improvement proposals that improve profitability, efficiency and control across the business.

The successful candidate will have economics/finance education, controller experience, strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Dynamics 365 Finance &

Qualifications

Education in economics, finance or a related field.
Experience from controlling, financial management or auditing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
Good business understanding and the ability to see the bigger picture.
Experience from manufacturing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Profitability and cost analyses for business areas.
Monitoring key performance indicators and developing management tools.
Identifying improvement opportunities and efficiency measures.
Supporting data-driven decision making, including AI where relevant.
Contributing to ad hoc analyses and projects.
