Job summary

Anora Norway is seeking a Junior Business Controller to be a key advisor for the commercial organization, covering wine and spirits. The role reports to the Business Controlling Manager and sits within a Nordic controlling environment with colleagues across the region.

You will turn sales and market data into insights, support monthly to annual reporting, budgets and forecasts, and develop analyses with Power BI and other digital tools to enable sound decisions and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in controlling, accounting, auditing or finance.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Norwegian; other languages are assets.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor and contribute to sound financial management by turning data into clear recommendations and decision support.
• Support the monthly, quarterly and annual reporting cycle, including month-end closing, reporting, KPIs and variance analysis; develop routines and tools.
• Contribute to preparing budgets, forecasts, business cases and financial analyses in cooperation with the business units.
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development within the area.
• Develop analyses using Power BI, AI-enabled tools and other digital solutions to improve transparency, efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
• Ensure quality and consistency in financial data and reports.
