Job summary

Anora Norway is seeking a Junior Business Controller to act as a key advisor for the commercial organization, bridging finance and business by turning sales, market and financial data into insights. Based in the Nordic controlling environment, you will support planning, month-end close, budgets and forecasts, using Power BI and ERP tools to enable profitable growth across wine and spirits.

Qualifications

Higher education in finance, business administration, accounting and auditing or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in controlling, accounting, auditing, or finance.
Fluent English and Norwegian; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and contribute to sound financial management by turning data into clear recommendations.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, month-end closing, KPIs and variance analysis.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and business cases in cooperation with business units.
Identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous development.
Develop analyses using Power BI and other digital tools to improve transparency and decision-making.
Ensure quality and consistency in financial data and reports.
