Job summary

Northern Lights JV DA in Stavanger seeks a Finance & Reporting Controller to ensure high-quality financial data, reporting to owners and authorities, and robust cash management. You will coordinate with external accounting and tax services, support the Finance Manager, and contribute to financial governance in a pioneering CO2 transport project.

You bring a master’s or bachelor’s in finance or accounting and at least five years in finance; power BI familiarity is a plus, and Norwegian and

Qualifications

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Experience with ERP and reporting systems.
Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Controlling NLJV’s financial data and financial reporting to owners and authorities.
Reviewing accounting records and ensuring quality; implement improvements.
Work with external accounting provider for monthly reporting, annual report and tax reporting.
Be the point of contact for external auditor on financial reporting.
Monitor cash positions and prepare drawdown of external loans; currency exchange.
Support Finance Manager and CFO with controlling, reporting, and cash management.
