Job summary

nVent SCHROFF is seeking a Territory Account Representative to drive sales across Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. The role involves field meetings, significant travel (50–70%), and remote work with Team collaboration.

Required are electrical engineering credentials, 5+ years in electrical/industrial sales, and strong negotiation, English, and Salesforce CRM experience. You will join a dynamic Nordic sales team in Jessheim, Norway.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering background required; technical qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience in electrical/industrial markets.
• Strong ability to negotiate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of DC power systems and their integration with cooling solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present proposals clearly and persuasively.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with end customers and channel partners.
• Manage a balanced Prospect and Sales Lead database in CRM.
• Build confidence to secure new business.
• Provide strong technical pre-sales support and collaborate with Customer Care.
• Be part of an experienced sales team based in Sweden.
• Work remotely with customer visits and Team collaboration.
• Own the achievement of the sales quota in the defined territory and vertical market.
