Job summary
Eaton Electric AS is seeking a Technical Customer Service Specialist to manage technical inquiries of EX power distribution systems. This role supports the Nordic region, focusing on the Norwegian offshore market.

Qualifications
- Certificate in Electrical engineering or comparable Electrical education.
- 5 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and project inquiries for EX power distribution systems.
- Support Nordic customers and sales organizations on technical issues.
- Enter product orders in SAP.
- Coordinate deliveries of products with CEAG factories.
- Provide technical support for hazardous area electrical sector.
- Identify opportunities through pro-active Case Management.
- Collaborate with departments to solve problems and provide solutions.
- Keep SAP System and Master data updated.
- Implement methods to improve departmental cycle and quality.
