Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Technical Specialist to manage EX distribution systems for the Nordics, focusing on the Norwegian offshore market. You will coordinate SAP orders, provide technical support, and work with sales to identify opportunities, while ensuring timely delivery and compliant documentation.

Based in Norway with a fully remote setup, you will collaborate across departments to continuously improve service quality and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Electrical engineering or comparable electrical education.
• 5 years' relevant work experience.
• Broad understanding of EX electrical panels for hazardous applications.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Norwegian language skills required; strong English language skills (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Specify and quote offers for EX distribution panels.
• Ensure all enquiries, quotations and orders follow internal processes and policies.
• Provide technical support to hazardous area electrical sector for specialist equipment.
• Support Field Sales in identifying sales opportunities through proactive Case Management.
• Collaborate with technical, quality and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver customer-approved solutions.
• Maintain SAP Master data and ensure orders reflect customer requirements for delivery and documentation.
