Job summary

Driftrock is hiring its first Sales Development Representative to build the outbound engine that fills our pipeline with the world’s biggest automotive brands. You’ll own outbound from the ground up, designing the sequences, and using AI to scale at pace.

You’ll build a repeatable playbook that delivers qualified meetings and opportunities, while shaping how we engage target accounts across channels and maintain a high-quality CRM.

Qualifications

• Track record of creating qualified pipeline in SDR or outbound roles.

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound end to end, from research to booked meetings.
• Qualify and route inbound leads quickly to engage genuine buyers.
• Design multi-channel sequences across email, phone, LinkedIn and video.
• Use AI tools for research, list building, enrichment and drafting.
• Research target accounts and map the right people to reach within them.
• Keep the CRM clean and current and report on outbound performance.
• Share what works and turn experiments into a repeatable playbook.
