Rambøll in Norway seeks an HV Technical Scope Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in high voltage design and engineering, interfacing with clients and managing projects across borders. You will coordinate tendering and contracts, aligning technical and commercial aspects with project schedules and budgets, while mentoring junior engineers.

We value a Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering, extensive HV/EHV experience, and strong Norwegian and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management across countries and disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Serve as key client interface, safeguarding interests and building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-efficient solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to align with schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
