Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or related field.
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate across countries and disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of transmission system design, SCADA, protection, HV cables.
• Client-facing experience and ability to build trust.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English.
• PM certification is an advantage.
• Commitment to mentoring and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering.
• Serve as key client interface, ensuring scope understanding.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-border collaboration.
• Support site and field activities, including QA.
