Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as Professional Responsible or lead engineer on HV projects.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian regulations and IEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Professional Responsible for HV substation projects in Norway.
• Ensure all engineering deliverables meet regulations and client specs.
• Provide technical leadership through design and construction phases.
• Review calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Support multidisciplinary teams and resolve complex issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical development.
• Coordinate with clients, utilities and authorities.
