Job summary

Ramboll in Norway is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams delivering high‑voltage design and engineering for substations and overhead lines. You will serve as a primary client interface, ensuring clear scope and delivering value across projects.

You will coordinate tendering, negotiations, and stakeholder management while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across borders to ensure integrated and reliable solutions in a dynamic, sustainability-focused

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering.
• Extensive experience in HV/EHV substation or overhead line design, specification, and project execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management across countries and disciplines.
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions.
• Act as a key client interface, safeguarding interests and building long-term partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions.
• Manage technical and commercial aspects ensuring schedules and budgets.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across borders.
• Support site and field activities with follow-up and quality assurance.
