Job summary

Rambøll is seeking a HV Technical Scope Manager in Norway to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high voltage design and engineering solutions for substation and overhead line projects. You will act as a key client interface and help manage tendering, contracts, and stakeholder engagement across borders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in electrical engineering or related field
• Extensive HV/EHV substation or overhead line design experience
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
• PMI project management certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Leading multidisciplinary project teams to deliver HV design and engineering solutions
• Acting as a key client interface, safeguarding client interests and building partnerships
• Overseeing tendering activities, contract negotiations, and stakeholder management
• Coordinating with other business areas for integrated, cost-effective solutions
• Managing technical and commercial aspects of projects, ensuring schedules and budgets
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers across borders
• Supporting site and field activities, including follow-up and quality assurance
