Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Sales Engineer in Norway to drive sales and development of Victaulic HVAC systems. The role involves promoting the Victaulic system, engaging with owners and engineers, and supporting projects from concept to construction.

The candidate should have a mechanical engineering background, at least five years of technical or sales experience, and strong Norwegian/English language skills. Travel up to 75% is expected, with internal training and a bonus program offered.

Qualifications

• University / College degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of technical/ sales experience in HVAC or piping.
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote the Victaulic System HVAC products to customers in Norway.
• Engage key stakeholders through conceptual, design and construction phases.
• Report weekly to Sales Director on activities and budget attainment.
• Demonstrate proper installation of Victaulic products and tool range on sites.
• Pursue acceptance and specification of Victaulic System by Owners and engineering consultants.
