Job summary

Prysmian Group in Norway is seeking a Project Manager for High Voltage to lead complex HV projects from initiation to close. The role can be based remotely or at the Drammen site, with opportunities to collaborate across the Nordic and Dutch teams and travel to the Netherlands as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management in large/complex projects.
• Strong writing and contract assessment skills.
• Ability to study tender documents and consult with internal parties/suppliers.
• Experience in construction or energy sectors preferred.
• Proven coordination of multi-disciplinary teams and project bidding.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts for large/complex HV projects.
• Oversee all project phases from initiation to delivery and close.
• Set up project structure in the early phase and coordinate with quotation teams.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders and manage risks and deviations.
• Ensure safety, quality, time and budget adherence throughout execution.
