Job summary

Excelerate360 in London is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer to join a hybrid team. You will partner with sales and success teams to help customers understand data trust and how our platform enables secure, context-aware enterprise AI deployments.

You will demonstrate technical depth across graph databases, IaC, REST and Kafka, and guide customers through PoCs and deployments while influencing buying decisions. Travel UK/EU is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise software pre-sales experience.
• Hands-on Neo4j and Cypher expertise.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and Kafka data movement.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, React and Go.
• Experience with IAM, OAuth 2.0, AuthZEN, cyber security and cloud tech.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management.
• Consultative, customer-first selling approach.
• Willing to travel UK/EU widely.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to pursue strategic opportunities.
• Deliver technical demos, workshops, and PoCs.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor through the sales cycle.
• Support deployment and drive platform adoption.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, partners and SIs.
• Translate complex tech into clear business value for all audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success for great CX.
