Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Regional Business Development Lead for Enabling Technologies & Robotics in the Nordics/NoGI. You will drive growth strategies, expand adoption of AXiS and related platforms, and partner with universities to accelerate opportunities across navigation, imaging, robotics and digital tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Significant experience in medical technology, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Proven success in business development, strategic account management, commercial leadership, or senior sales roles.
• Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures in a matrix organization.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, customer focus, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for enabling technologies and robotics across NoGI.
• Partner with country leaders and commercial teams to build account development plans and drive adoption.
• Lead AXiS platform launch planning and regional adoption, including reference centre development and early adopter sites.
• Drive large capital business development across navigation, imaging, robotics, and related technologies.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with university hospitals, academic institutions, and Centres of Excellence.
• Analyze market trends, support market access and reimbursement initiatives, and equip teams with tools and training.
