CCR seeks a Sales Director (fmd) for the Nordics to drive sustainable growth, lead and develop the regional sales organization, and foster collaboration between sales, technical teams, and factories. Location: Flexible within the Nordic region, preferably Oslo. Reports to Managing Director North, Department: Sales / Commercial.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategy execution, process improvements, and measurable results across multiple Nordic and Baltic markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in industrial or technical sales, with 5–7 years in a senior leadership or regional management role.
• Strong track record in leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; Nordic language skills are an advantage.
