Job summary

Medtronic in Norway seeks a field-based Territory Manager for Peripheral Vascular Health to drive growth, manage customer relationships, and execute territory plans across hospitals and clinics, visiting sites regularly to support adoption of vascular therapies.

You will collaborate with Nordic colleagues, deliver product presentations and clinical education, and provide technical support to healthcare professionals to enable better patient outcomes and therapy adoption across your territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and some sales experience in medical devices.
• Experience managing customer accounts and achieving sales objectives.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Norway and Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders (physicians, nurses, procurement).
• Deliver product presentations, clinical education, and technical support.
• Lead pricing, contracting, and tender activities.
• Maintain forecasts and opportunity pipelines in company systems.
• Collaborate with Nordic colleagues to support customer needs.
