Job summary

Blue Moon Metals Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Manager for its Nussir Processing Plant in Finnmark, Norway. The successful candidate will develop and maintain quality assurance and control systems, oversee inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance during both construction and operational phases.

This site-based role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and over 10 years of QA/QC experience in mining. A focus on continuous improvement and a strong leadership approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in QA/QC within mining or mineral processing.
• Experience in both plant construction and operations strongly preferred.
• Proven experience in EPC/EPCM project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Coordinate third-party inspections and certifications.
• Lead and develop the QA/QC team.
