Job summary

Blue Moon Metals seeks a General Manager for the Nussir operation in Norway, responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and profitable production as the project transitions to operations.

The role leads mining, processing, maintenance, HSE and support functions, shapes strategy, manages budgets, and builds strong stakeholder relationships with communities and regulators. Relocation to Northern Norway required.

Qualifications

• 20+ years in mining operations
• At least 5 years in senior leadership
• Experience in underground mining operations
• Experience in processing facilities, preferably concentrators
• Strong understanding of mining regulations (Norwegian/intl)

• Oversee all mining and processing operations
• Ensure safe, compliant and cost-effective production
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams
