Blue Moon Metals Inc. seeks an experienced Quay & Fjord Construction Supervisor for the Nussir Copper Project in Kvalsund, Norway.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years in heavy civil or marine infrastructure projects.
• Experience in contractor management and oversight.
• Proven construction management skills.
• Emergency spill response capability.
• Familiarity with Norwegian environmental compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of northern Nordic climate and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Marine Infrastructure Delivery: supervise year‑round quay, docking berths, and coastal loading facilities at the Øyen site.
• Subsea Pipeline Installation: coordinate fjord pipeline systems for tailings management.
• Contractor Oversight: direct marine EPCM contractors, divers, dredging crews, and heavy equipment operators.
• Environmental Permit Compliance: enforce monitoring per Norwegian Environment Agency permits.
• Quality & Engineering Control: inspect quay components and interfaces to ensure Norsk Standard compliance.
• Safety Leadership: conduct daily toolbox talks for marine operations in Arctic conditions.
• Contractor Interface: manage interactions for below‑grade conveyor and thickener construction scopes.
• Emergency Spill Response: lead spill response efforts.
• Marine Security: oversee regulatory security for international vessels and crew.
